All Deposits are Non-Refundable

$500 Deposit due to reserve date/time slot

Capacity up to 100 Guests

Most events are in 4-hour increments 

Up to 2 hours of set up & 1 hour of breakdown time for most events

Customer is responsible for event clean up

Pricing subject to change according to event type

Hall rental includes main area table & chair set up, use the kitchen, & VIP section.  

Tables and chairs are provided (optional, at no additional cost).

Tablecloths/Chair covers & Customizable Decor available for additional fee

NO CABARETS & NO ALCOHOL SALES PERMITTED

Alcohol may be served; however, no alcoholic beverage sales are permitted.

No CONFETTI & NO GLITTER Permitted

Food & Catering Services are permitted.

Decorations permitted; however, no tape, tacks, etc... allowed on/in the walls.

Additional time is allotted for set up and clean-up.

The customer is responsible for clean-up.

$250 Security Deposit (refundable)

Free parking in front of the venue.

Additional $150 Fee for all Bands

Additional $50 Fee for all Floor Decals
