It is our pleasure to introduce The Den Event Hall!
The Den is an intimate venue located in the heart of Fort Washington Maryland, near National Harbor and the Tanger Outlets. 

Our space can accommodate up to 100 guests.    We provide access to our kitchen area, bar area, and elevated VIP Section.   Rental of hall also includes table and chair set up.   Alcohol is allowed on the premises; however, the selling of alcohol is not permitted. Most events are within 4 hours increments with    additional time permitted    for set up and break down.


The Den currently offers private bookings for all types of events, such as birthdays, graduations, baby showers, receptions, weddings, business meetings, networking socials, and more.   It would be our pleasure to host your event.

Rules & Regulations​

NO CABARETS & NO ALCOHOL SALES PERMITTED

Alcohol may be served; however, no alcoholic beverage sales are permitted.

No CONFETTI & NO GLITTER Permitted

Food & Catering Services are permitted.​

Decorations permitted; No tape, tacks, etc... allowed on/in the walls.

Additional time is allotted for set up and clean-up.

Customer is responsible for clean-up.

Security Deposit (refundable)

Free parking in front of the venue.

Additional Fee for all Bands

Additional Fee for all Floor Decals

All Deposits are Non-Refundable

 Deposit necessary to reserve date/time slot

Capacity up to 100 Guests

Most events are in 4-hour increments 

Up to 2 hours of set up & 1 hour of breakdown time for most events

Customer is responsible for event clean up

Pricing subject to change according to event type

Hall rental includes main area table & chair set up, use the kitchen, & VIP section.  

Tables and chairs are provided (optional, at no additional cost).

Tablecloths/Chair covers & Customizable Decor available for additional fee
