Welcome to The Den Event Hall—your perfect destination for unforgettable gatherings in Fort Washington, Maryland. Nestled just minutes from National Harbor and the Tanger Outlets, The Den offers an inviting, intimate setting designed to make every event memorable.

 

Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests, making it ideal for both small and mid-sized celebrations. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a well-equipped kitchenette, a stylish bar area, and an elevated VIP section that adds a touch of sophistication to any occasion. Hall rentals include complimentary table and chair setup, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from the moment you arrive. While we welcome alcohol on the premises, please note that sales of alcohol are not permitted.

 

The Den is available for private bookings and can be tailored to suit a wide range of events—birthdays, graduations, baby showers, wedding receptions, corporate meetings, networking socials, and more. Most bookings are arranged in 4-hour increments, with additional time available for setup and breakdown to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Rules & Regulations​

NON -REFUNDABLE VENUE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE DATE/TIME SLOT

VENUE DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (NO EXCEPTIONS)

NO CABARETS & NO ALCOHOL SALES PERMITTED

Alcohol may be served; however, no alcoholic beverage sales are permitted.

No Outside Marquee Numbers 

No External Photo Booth Companies or Equipment. 

Marquee Numbers & Photo Booth services are available through The Den

No CONFETTI & NO GLITTER Permitted

Food & Catering Services are permitted.​

Decorations permitted; No tape, tacks, etc... allowed on/in the walls.

Additional time is allotted for set up and clean-up.

Customer is responsible for clean-up.

Security/Clean Up Deposit (refundable)

Free parking in front of the venue.

Additional Fee for all Bands

Additional Fee for all Floor Decals

All Deposits are Non-Refundable

 Deposit necessary to reserve date/time slot

Capacity up to 100 Guests (includes VIP Section)

Most events are in 4-hour increments 

Weekends (Sat & Sun) Up to 2 hours of set up & 1 hour of breakdown time for most events

Weekdays (Mon - Fri) Up to 1 hour of set up & 1 hour of breakdown time (2 -hour total)

Customer is responsible for event clean up

Pricing subject to change according to event type

Hall Rental Includes:

Main area table & chair set up, use of kitchenette, & VIP section.  

Main Floor- Up to 9 Tables- 8 Chairs per table (72 chairs total)

VIP Section -seats up to 16 Guests (sectional seating provided)

Tables and chairs are provided (optional, at no additional cost).

Tablecloths/Chair covers & Customizable Decor available for additional fee
